A Dozen Articles Every Educator Should Read!

100 issues! It's hard to believe!
When Education World created its weekly e-zine in September of 1997, our archives contained a couple dozen original stories. Today, the Education World archives contain nearly 600 stories, including:
- 147 LESSON PLANNING stories offering thousands of practical ideas for teaching timely topics from A to Z across the grades;
- 179 CURRICULUM stories reporting on classroom projects and programs created by great teachers to motivate learners of all ages;
- 110 BOOKS IN EDUCATION reviews of the latest and greatest new titles for students and teachers; and
- 137 ADMINISTRATOR stories that address all the hot-button issues in education.
Education World's archive of original content could not have been created without a team of capable, dedicated, and creative freelance writers and editors, and without the help of hundreds of teachers and principals who willingly shared their stories! 1,000,000 thanks to all of them!
In the months ahead, you'll be seeing some exciting changes on the Education World Web site. We'll be adding a few new sections to our main page, offering more practical teaching ideas than ever. Soon we'll introduce our first interactive online learning project for educators and their students. We'll even be starting an Education World magazine! Watch for news of those exciting changes and more in the weeks ahead.
