  Lesson Plan
  Ask students what they and their families do when preparing food for a picnic. Tell students they will check their knowledge about summer food safety by taking a short quiz. After students have completed the quiz, divide the class into pairs to exchange papers and check each other's answers using information from Picnic Safety Tips
