Lesson Plan
Use the chart at Presidential Votes by State to create a list of grade-appropriate questions about the 2000 presidential election. (For example: Who got the most votes in the state of Massachusetts? By how many votes did George W. Bush win in the state of Arkansas?). Ask students to use the chart to learn the answers to the questions.
Assessment
Students correctly answer at least seven of ten questions.
