Students use a checklist to evaluate Web content about Martin Luther King Jr. for bias.

Lesson Plan

In this activity, pairs of students visit two Web sites about Martin Luther King Jr. and evaluate the content and credibility. Students use a checklist that will guide them as they consider the sponsor of each Web site, the validity of the information presented, evidence of bias, and so on.
