FIVE LESSONS BRING SPRING TO LIFE!
Cherry Blossom Time
Help students uncover facts about the famous cherry trees of Washington, D.C., and make a prediction about this year's peak bloom. (Grades 3-8)
Ode to Spring
Students use nature photos as inspiration to write a poem about the season of spring. (Grades Pre-K-12)
Butterfly Hunt
Challenge students to write stories about insect encounters that contain correct and incorrect facts; the students can exchange and correct their stories. (Grades 3-12)
Eggstra! Eggstra! Read All About It!
