Overview: Students work in teams to research the history and affects of World War I. Assuming the roles of reporter, soldier, politician and women, team members complete written projects related to their positions. For example, the reporter writes a two-page newspaper critique on cultural works created during the war and the soldier writes several one-page journal entries. Teams present their completed projects to the class.
