REVIEW:
Teachers are often left to their own devices when it comes to keeping their computers "clean, healthy, and error free." Any PC user running Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, or Millennium
Edition who may need help in this area will benefit from ComUSolv.com. This site offers five areas of help: Technical Support, Virus Center, Skills Center, Security Zone, and Product Updates. There is a wealth of free information and tutorials available on any topic from virus protection to c++ programming. Users can download the latest tools and updates to keep their computers running smoothly.
Free technical support is available via telephone and live chat; remote control (screen sharing) or e-mail support is provided for a nominal fee. A self-help section provides information for those tackling their own software and hardware problems, and general computer advice is always free. There are even directions for setting up a home network.
