REVIEW:
This resource has a lot of specific material for New Zealand teachers, but the lessons on cubism, patterns and figures, and portraits can be used in any art class. Each lesson features examples, and a gallery exhibits student work illustrating line, color, and negative and positive space. This site will be of interest for teachers and students studying the Maori or New Zealand. Users will find a photo album of the New Zealand landscape, animals, and contemporary Maori. Included is a list of links to information about the Renaissance.
