Although this site is clearly a promotion of the author's books and poems, there is enough free material to warrant a visit. Separate sections for Teachers and Students include an annotated booklist for writing and teaching poetry, suggested ways to celebrate poetry, ideas and resources for teaching poetry, teacher's guides for the some of George's current books, audio files of selected poems, tips for young poets, quotations about poetry, illustrated poems, and more.
