CONTENT:
This site provides up to date information on the proceedings of The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States. The Commission was establish in 2002 for the purpose of preparing, "a full and complete account of the circumstances surrounding the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, including preparedness for and the immediate response to the attacks."
AESTHETICS:
This predominately text site covers a lot of material and does it very well. Real One Player and Adobe Acrobat Reader are needed.
ORGANIZATION:
Navigation through the site is easily accomplished through the top navigation bar on the first and all pages. Many of the pages have clearly marked links embedded in the text.

REVIEW:
Social Studies, government, and history teachers will find a wealth of current material at this site to use for classroom discussions. The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States is an independent bipartisan commission that was established by the Congress and the President to investigate the circumstances surrounding the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Users will find biographical information about the members of the Commission, frequently asked questions about the commission and its work, and the schedule for public hearings. Transcripts, audio, and video of all the public hearings are available including the testimony of National Security Advisor Dr. Condoleezza Rice. Included is an extensive collection of press releases, staff statements, and a section for the families of the 9/11 victims.
