	CONTENT This site was created by Professor Ed Stephens of Western Washington University and explores the many works of John Steinbeck that are set in California.
	SITE DESIGN The site has a simple text design that is easily navigated. Novels are listed on the main page.
	REVIEW Students who are studying Steinbeck will find this site especially useful. Visitors to the site can learn about such classics as The Grapes of Wrath, Of Mice and Men, East of Eden, and other greats as well as the places where these works were set. Each of the works are summarized by chapter, include hyperlinks to more information and a map of the area where the events of the story took place, a list of characters, and publishing information. Included in each section are related images and other information about the book and its author. A nice list of links to other related Websites and information is also provided.
