Walk in My Shoes will give students an appreciation of what it means to grow old. Other themes include Character Education; Incubation and Embryology; Natural Resources, the Environment, and Ecosystems; Sports and Nutrition; and Apples & More, a collection of cross-curricular activities about apples. Teachers will find lesson plans and a variety of educational activities for each theme. Also included is Helping Children Succeed in School, a section for parents and caregivers on just that.
