WWW.4Kids.org is a fun learning environment for kids. Students can search the archives of Cool Spots by keyword or browse through the categories to find the information they need. The Cool Spots categories include Brain Sweat, Fantastic Voyages, Creatures, Be a Hero, Fun and Games and Arts. The Ask Amy section is ready and willing to accept and answer any questions about the Internet that kids might pose. Students can Be a Detective and search the archived articles to find answers to the online scavenger hunts. Tips for Safe Surfing, including a Surftificate, are included as is other Fun Stuff. This is a great site for teachers and parents to let their beginning surfers get their feet wet.
