Writing With Authors provides all the materials and information necessary for K-8 teachers and students. The writing workshops explore such genres as biographies, fairy tales, folk tales, mysteries, and myths as well as poetry, news, journals, and book reviews. Each workshop includes examples, step-by-step instructions for writing, a teacher's guide, a transcript of an interview with the author, and directions for publishing students' finished works.
