CONTENT:
Scholastic News Zone, part of the larger Scholastic site, presents current events in a fun and appealing way for students in grades three through eight.
AESTHETICS:
This professionally created site is vibrant, colorful, and engaging.
ORGANIZATION:
The top navigation bar, on all pages, provides links to all the main sections of the News Zone.
REVIEW:
The News Zone presents current events that are most relevant to students, in a format that is fun and appealing. In addition to the top news stories, engaging activities such as Vote Now, Games and Quizzes, What's Your News IQ?, Write the Caption, and more will keep students coming back again and again. For example, in the Maman Game, students can test their geography. Users can print news articles and quizzes and distribute them to students.
