http://www.sosmath.com/wwwsites.html
GRADE LEVEL: 10-12+

A CONTENT:
S.O.S. MATHematics is the website of the Department of Mathematical Sciences at The University of Texas at El Paso and has material on college and pre-college mathematics. The units are presented in worksheet format.

A AESTHETICS:
The site uses minimal graphics with the same background on each page. Most of the pages have categories of links grouped together.

A ORGANIZATION:
The links are divided into mathematics disciplines and then further divided by topic. Each page has links to the other disciplines and back to the homepage.

REVIEW:
S.O.S. MATHematics comes from the Math Department at The University of Texas at El Paso and was set up to help students with homework, preparing for tests and getting ready for classes. The material here uses results, techniques and formulas from college and pre-college mathematics including fractions, logarithms and partial fractions in the algebra section; sine and other functions for trigonometry; integration in the calculus area; differential equations and complex variables and matrix algebra (vectors and matrices). The site also has practice exams, links to other mathematics resources on the internet and mathematics discussion groups. This is a great site for high school and college students looking to brush up on their math as well as for mathematics teachers to use in lesson planning.
