	AESTHETICS: There is interspersed usage of charts throughout the site and the color scheme is quite pleasing. Those pages with a lot of text have spacing, highlights and borders to break them up.

	REVIEW: The Riggs Institute teaches phonics. They use a "multi-sensory" method using: sight, sound, voice and writing to teach reading and writing. The page outlines the method, gives background on the Institute and method, offers courses and curriculum materials and has an internet Q & A support service. This site has complete information on the system for teaching and can probably answer most questions for most people.
