Early Childhood Educator's Web Corner
http://users.stargate.net/~cokids/
GRADE LEVEL: Pre-K-K

CONTENT:
Information on almost every aspect and issue concerning early childhood education.

AESTHETICS:
Most of the pages use a yellow background. The entire site uses graphics.

ORGANIZATION:
The major sections of the site are listed on the main page and their links lead to their own pages. The site makes use of tables to list the information in each section.

REVIEW:
This site has gathered links from the Internet regarding early childhood education (both family and school) and presents them here in one location for educators and parents. The main sections of the site have information on developmentally appropriate practices; articles on current education issues; news on education reform, programs that are working and privatization. A section of family pages has resources for parents on topics such as child care, nutrition and safety. The teachers' section has curriculum resources, education issues and ideas for using the Internet in the classroom. There's even a section for beginners to the Internet. This is an excellent site for early childhood educators as well as parents of small children.
