Better understand and respond to harmful student - and personal - stress with this two-day training offered by educators and clinicians at the Mind/Body Medical Institute, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston. College staff will receive an introduction to mind/body interventions, such as relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring, and body awareness, to build stress resiliency and promote healthy lifestyle behaviors. As requested by many Oregon drug and alcohol counselors, you can now get 10 ACCBO CEHs for Category 2
without any additional fee. We also have university grad or undergrad credit for $40, and 10 social worker, counselor and drug and alcohol counselor clock hours at no fee. Counselors can also usually earn 10 hours from the video course. WA Chemical Dependency counselors can get clock hours without charge at the live class. 10 WA Teacher CEUs can be arranged if you call or e-mail to request it prior to class; there is a $15 charge. 20 Oregon Educator PDUs can be earned if you take the live class for college credit, get 10 PDUs
if you take the live class without registering for university credit, or get 10 PDUs for the video class.
