Bancroft School - Worcester, Massachusetts

"Our old Web site," reports Bud Books, director of instructional technology at the school, "had
limited features, was drab, outdated, and very difficult to update and manage."
The Bancroft School implemented a content management system, and now they're sporting an easy-to-navigate site
with obviously currency for its community.
"Our internal and external communities are now looking forward to our implementation by next fall of the teacher
page, alumni portal, a password protected Intranet, and a blog or threaded forum," reports Bud.
The site now boasts a top navigation area with selections that are in large, classic type and that lead to drop-down
menus to drill deeper into the site. The blue-dominated color scheme is consistent and easy on the eye, and the site
features a pleasing use of photography old a new to convey a sense of the school.
All in all, certainly not a limited, drab, or outdated site anymore.
