=================================================================== GRANTS FOR EDUCATORS PROPOSAL APPLICATION =================================================================== The “Grants for Educators” program is funded through utilization of Education World’s FirstUSA VISA card. This program is designed to provide better educational opportunities through partnerships with America’s educational community. The focus of the “Grants for Educators” program is to facilitate the education process through effective utilization of the Education World web site. Education World’s goal is to assist educators by providing a “Home” that may be used as an educational tool and a daily resource. The “Grants for Educators” program will provide financial support to allow the classroom teacher to facilitate a meaningful educational experience. --------------------------------------------------- Instructions: --------------------------------------------------- 1. Familiarize yourself with Education World. 2. Design a learning experience/project for your classroom, which utilizes Education World and its resources as an integral component – i.e. Search Engine, Original Content, Lesson Plans, etc. 3. Notify your school’s administration of grant proposal and follow any additional school policies in regards to approval of grant submissions that may exist. 4. Complete the following on-line “Grants for Education” application. 5. Check Education World web site for current postings of grant recipients. 6. Grant recipients will be required to submit a written proposal with authorization signatures prior to disbursements of funds. 7.
